I got an email telling me my Interlibrary Loan book arrived but when I came to the library it wasn't there. Where is it?

If it is a Tulsa item, it may still be in process and the library will make sure to expedite the process while you wait.
Stillwater system: OSU-Tulsa runs a separate Interlibrary Loan department from Stillwater; there can be confusion when an item is requested as to which library the request originated. Look at the bottom of the email. If the contact information is for OSU Interlibrary Service in Stillwater, or the contact phone number has a (405) area code, then your ILLIAD record is in the Stillwater Interlibrary loan system, not the Tulsa system. OPTIONS: You can pick the item up in Stillwater and return the item to Stillwater. Or cancel the Stillwater request, register at the Tulsa ILLIAD system and resubmit your ILL requests on the Tulsa ILLIAD system to have materials delivered to the Tulsa campus.
